Entera is a new product in our portfolio, providing an optimized formula to balance the intestinal tract and normalize the frequency of bowel movements. The product is based on a well-researched strain of beneficial probiotic bacteria and zinc added in an easily digestible form.
Probiotic yeast of the Saccharomyces Boulardii species was used in the product formula. In recent decades, this species has been the subject of detailed studies and has been successfully used as a complementary treatment for diarrhea, including in children. It is also used to prevent stomach upset during antibiotic treatment of bacterial infections. It can also have a positive effect in infections caused by Helicobacter pylori, as well as in irritable bowel syndrome.
The strain Saccharomyces Boulardii CNCM I-745 has been well studied and several very beneficial effects of its intake have been found. It works well for:
Modulation of intestinal immunity;
Maintaining the number of intestinal flora;
Inactivation of various types of pathogenic microorganisms in the intestine;
Strengthening the protective and barrier functions of the intestinal mucosa.
Reception of Entera
The new product is available as veggie capsules suitable for vegans. Each capsule contains 300 mg of beneficial yeast from the strain Saccharomyces Boulardii CNCM I-745. The product formula is also enriched with zinc carnosine, which has been added to enhance the positive effect on the lining of the stomach and intestines. This chelated form of zinc, in combination with the amino acid L-carnosine, works to improve the functions of the epithelial cells along the intestinal tract. Entera is a convenient source of carnosine for vegans who struggle to obtain the beneficial nitrogen-containing compound from a plant-based diet alone.
It is recommended to take Entera before a meal, the capsules can be opened and only their contents dissolved in water or other suitable liquid can be used.
Entera can be taken preventively during antibiotic treatment or to balance the intestinal flora in cases of irregular bowel movements and indigestion.
Recommended dose for daily intake:
1-2 capsules per day on an empty stomach. The capsules can also be opened and their contents drunk, dissolved in water.
