Recommended dosage:
Take 1 Bergasilin powder once a day at about 30 min. before meals.
Pour the contents of the sachet into a glass of water (about 100-200 ml), stir without waiting for it to dissolve completely and drink immediately. If a precipitate forms, add a little more water, stir and drink again
Duration of intake:
For optimal effect, it is recommended to take Bergasilin for a period of 1-6 months.
