Ingredients:
Lespedeza Capitata extract - 250 mg.
Dosage:
Take 1 to 3 capsules daily before meals.
It is recommended to take 3 capsules daily for the first 10 days, at regular intervals, before meals, unless your doctor prescribes otherwise.
After the 10th day you can take 1 or 2 capsules daily before meals.
