Recommended daily intake: Take 1 (one) capsule per day in the morning with food. If necessary, take 1 (one) additional capsule in the evening 1 hour before going to bed.
*Recommended intake period: Take this product daily for 90 days. After a break of 2 weeks, you can repeat this cycle.
