Naturpharma Relaxophytol is a dietary supplement of natural ingredients to support the natural and normal function of the nervous system and achieve calm and relaxation as a result of stress and anxiety. The active ingredients in the formula of Relaxofitol are balm extract, magnesium, 5-HTP, vitamin B6. Lemon balm extract is a rich source of rosemary acid. Extracted from the shrubby plant Griffonia Simplicifolia, 5-HTP increases the biosynthesis of serotonin in neurons, as well as the levels of melatonin and beta-endorphins, which are important for good sleep and rest. Relaxofitol  Dosage:

The recommended dose for adults: 2 capsules per day. It is recommended to take 1 capsule at lunch about an hour before meals and 1 capsule at night before bedtime.
