Sinquanon Probiotic is a special selection of 13 probiotic strains - lactobacilli, bifidobacteria, Saccharomyces, and spore-forming bacilli, with high natural resistance to antibiotics, in a mega dose of 100 billion living cells, which maintains the normal intestinal microflora during and after antibiotic therapy. Lactobacilli and bifidobacteria are lactic acid bacteria, which are the most numerous normal inhabitants in our gastrointestinal tract. They produce important substances and metabolites important for the body and for the existence of the intestinal microflora. With antibiotic treatment, the number of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria is greatly reduced. Sinquanon contains a high dose (94 billion) of live lactobacilli and bifidobacteria, which leads to rapid reaching high concentrations of beneficial microorganisms in the intestine. Sinquanon also contains a special probiotic strain of Bacillus coagulans, which in unfavorable environmental conditions passes into the spores, which makes it extremely resistant to harmful influences, such as antibiotic therapy. It also increases the population of beneficial bacteria in the gut. SYNQUANON also contains Saccharomyces boulardii, a probiotic yeast that does not respond to antibiotics. Produces enzymes that break down toxins in the gut and helps maintain normal intestinal microflora. The presence of various strains in SYNQUANON favors the mutual amplification of their beneficial effects. The strains in SYNQUANON are rapidly dividing, doubling in mass approximately every 20 minutes. Due to this, they manage to keep the intestinal microflora closer to its physiological levels during antibiotic treatment. The strains in SYNQUANON are specially selected with an increased natural resistance against the most commonly used antibiotics, which guarantees their survival and effectiveness. During antibiotic treatment, the body's normal synthesis of B vitamins decreases, so in addition to the probiotic blend, SINKVANON also contains a complex of 6 B vitamins. SINKVANON also contains a prebiotic blend, specially created for the needs of the 13 probiotic strains included in the composition. It includes three types of non-degradable oligosaccharides that serve as food for both probiotic strains and beneficial bacteria that live normally in the gastrointestinal tract. Prebiotics help the strains in SYNQUANON to start dividing quickly. The SINKVANON capsule is gastro-resistant, which means that it passes through the acidic environment of the stomach and dissolves in the small intestine. In this way, probiotic bacteria reach the intestines alive, where they exert their beneficial effects.
