Neolexan 50mg is a specially designed dietary supplement to support the nervous system, containing 5-hydroxytryptophan, which reduces stress, tension, depression and insomnia, regulates appetite and helps to achieve good mood and behavior and quality sleep. Neolexan is recommended for people with low serotonin levels, people who follow a diet or people who are trying to give up cigarettes, alcohol and other harmful habits. 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) is an amino acid that the brain converts to serotonin (the "hormone of happiness"). Decreased levels of serotonin in the brain lead to depression, headaches, muscle aches, uncontrollable hunger, obesity, insomnia, appetite for sweets and others. 5-Hydroxytryptophan increases serotonin levels in the brain, helps maintain psycho-emotional balance, reduces the feeling of melancholy, reduces depression and counteracts states of panic and anxiety. Neolexan 50mg Ingredients:

Each Neolexan 50 mg tablet contains 50 mg of 5-hydroxytryptophan.
The other ingredients of the tablet are microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, povidone, magnesium stearate, and film.

Neolexan 50mg Dosage:

The starting dose of Neolexan is usually 1 tablet 3 times a day. Usually the effect of the drug does not occur immediately, so dose adjustment should be undertaken in case of insufficient effect after two weeks. Then the dose can be increased up to 3 times a day for 2 tablets.

In case of insomnia, it is recommended to take 1 to 6 tablets once 30-45 minutes before bedtime. As some patients may experience mild nausea when taking Neolexan for the first time, it is recommended to start with 1 tablet at bedtime and increase the dose gradually as needed.

If Neolexan is taken during a diet to lose weight, it is recommended to take 1 tablet 20 minutes before a meal.

The maximum daily dose of Neolexan should not exceed 900 mg.
