These substances have been found to have a very specific effect on the lining of the intestinal tract and on the beneficial bacteria in the gut (probiotics). Recommended daily intake: 1 (one) capsule per day before bedtime.
Recommended period of intake: For maximum results, it is good to take up to 3 months (12 weeks). After a rest period of about 2 weeks, the cycle can be repeated.
