Doppelherz – Active B-complex x30 tablets

Active B-complex contains all-important B vitamins. They participate as cofactors in various enzyme systems in the body that regulate the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. This determines their important role in ensuring cellular energy balance, which is especially true for nerve cells.
Vitamins B2, niacin, B6, and B12 contribute to:

• normal metabolism and energy production
• the function of the nervous system
• reduce the feeling of tiredness and fatigue

The production of red blood cells is supported by vitamins B2, B6, and B12,
Vitamin B5 favors the synthesis of certain steroid hormones and vitamin D.
Folic acid and vitamin B12 support the processes of cell division, and together with biotin and vitamins B1, B3 and B6 contribute to normal mental function.
The beneficial effects of Doppelherz active B-complex are complemented by the antioxidant properties of vitamin B2, and B6 contributes to normal hormonal activity.
Often the function of one B vitamin depends on the presence of another in the same group. That is why Doppelherz active B-complex contains 8 vitamins, which mutually ensure their action for maximum effect. Cyanocobalamin (B12), for example, is involved in the conversion of folic acid to folinic acid, the latter activating the synthesis of red blood cells.

Vitamin B12: 3 µg

Dosage:

Take 1 tablet of Doppelherz active B-complex daily with meals, with plenty of fluids.
Do not chew.
