Melatosell Long can nutritionally replace the body's own reduced melatonin secretion. Melatonin helps to reduce sleep time as it prepares the body for sleep, lowering body temperature and level of alertness. Melatonin improves sleep quality and does not cause morning fatigue.
The melatonin preparation can also be used for a sleep disorder due to a time difference. In this case, it is taken several days after arrival at the destination. Melatonin restores the body's internal circadian rhythm.
Melatosell Long contains 1.9 mg melatonin / tablet. The sustained release tablet does not break down immediately when it comes into contact with the digestive fluids, but the tablet forms a gel-like mass from which melatonin is gradually released in the digestive tract. Thus, the effect of melatonin lasts longer.

Dosage:
1 tablet a day in the evening before bedtime.
