Ingredients in a daily dose of 3-6 capsules:
- 750mg -1500mg - cryo-crushed roots of Eleutheroccocus senticosus
Recommended daily dose:
- 2 capsules in the morning and 1 capsule at lunchtime with plenty of water (at least 250ml). The dose can be increased to 6 capsules per day.
